Wado Ryu Karate
Wado Ryu
Our Wado Ryu Karate classes are for Adults & Children from age 5.
These classes are a blend of Traditional Karate mixed with fitness, self defence tactics and mindset training.
Now based at the Thetford Academy and taught by Instructor Ash Simonds, Assistant Instructors Andy & Evie plus our awesome team of Junior leaders & Senior grades always happy to lend a hand there is no shortage of experienced Martial Artists to help you settle in and learn from.
Sport Karate
As well as being a Martial art Karate has a very varied sport side to it. Our team are active throughout the year competing in several disciplines from the more traditional Kata & Kumite sections to point fighting or light continuous.
We have weekly classes dedicated to competition training if you want to become a serious competitor or just like that level of training get in contact with us to find out how you could be part of the team.
Verve Astros
Astros is our parent & child class for ages 3-5. Every Saturday Morning 9:30 - 10:00 at The Cloverfield's Hall, With our specialised programme your child will learn the basics of Karate mixed in with fun & Games that work on building confidence, Team Building, Respect and much more
